It had a good number of business clients as well as those preferring to come to the property for family stays as well as for events. The brand was known for providing comfortable stays, good dining options, and a customer-centric service strategy. Although it had a good offline reputation in the market with loyal clients. It was noticed by Hotel Saj International that the expectations of the customers had begun to change and become digital-friendly. To keep pace with this shift, the hotel identified the need to strengthen its digital presence and improve online accessibility.
