Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT & Digital Sales (Domestic)

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive domestic sales of our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Development services across the Kerala market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

       Identify and generate new business leads across Kerala through cold calling, field visits, networking events, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry databases.

       Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of SMEs, startups, retailers, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and local brands in Kerala

       Pitch and sell Digital Marketing services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.

       Sell E-commerce Development services including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built online stores, along with marketplace onboarding (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).

       Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations — both in-person and virtual.

       Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client business needs.

       Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project delivery team.

       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

       Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

       Participate in sales reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

       1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, SaaS, or advertising agencies.

       Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart).

       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).

       Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

       Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

       Prior experience selling digital marketing or website/e-commerce services in the Kerala SME market.

       Existing network of business owners, retailers, or marketing decision-makers in Kerala.
