The product quality and reputation of PureHeart were not effectively reflected online. Product discovery becomes challenging on the website, restricting customers' engagement and purchases. With growing competition in premium nuts and spreads, the brand required a modern digital platform to help them promote their products, increase their online presence, and improve the purchasing process.

Goals

The main goal was to design a smooth, rapid, and clean online shopping platform that will help customers all over India to shop and navigate with ease. The new website needed to maintain the PureHeart product's premium brand identity, offer flexibility in product categories, make direct sales more attractive, and make shopping on the site device-friendly.

Background



PureHeart is a premium edible nut and nutritious food brand supported by the Western India Cashew Company, a family-run business with more than three generations of experience since 1932. The brand has increased consumer trust by procuring high-quality products, obtaining its international certification, and working with reputable Indian retail platforms. The brand established itself as a healthy food brand over time, but its website did not sufficiently highlight the company's excellent goods. PureHeart chooses to collaborate with Orestes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to create a modern website that will more effectively represent their brand, increase customer trust, and provide a seamless shopping experience in response to changing trends and expectations of online purchasing. The purpose was to develop a quick, attractive, and user-friendly platform to support the brand's online presence and support ongoing company growth.
